Pappardelle Knots are an Italian specialty pasta that retain the broad, flat shape of pappardelle while forming small knots.  This chewy egg pasta holds up well to hearty meat sauces or thick cream sauces with cheese.  Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces and equals 4 servings.  For best results, cook 5-6 minutes.
