Cloves - Ground

Ground Cloves have a sweet, strong flavor that should be used in moderation.  They are very diverse and work well in many dishes, both sweet and savory.  Cloves are also known to have medicinal qualities.

USES:

Use with fruits, meats, beans or vegetables.  Ground cloves are often used in baking.
