Pepper, Black - Coarse

Coarse Black Pepper is larger than fine, but smaller than cracked.  Black pepper is used more often and in more dishes than any other spice in the world.  It has a biting, penetrating flavor with a clean aftertaste and can be added to almost any food.

USES:

Use to season eggs, salads, soups, meats and vegetables.  Use Coarse Black Pepper as an all-purpose pepper.
