Porcini Mushroom Powder makes adding incredible flavor and depth extremely simple.  Made from dried wild porcini mushrooms, this product adds an intense woodsy flavor and is often considered magic powder.

USES:

Use as a rub on steaks, add to the cooking liquid of pasta and risotto, sprinkle on scrambled eggs or even popcorn.
