Rosemary - Ground

Rosemary is a pungent and piney herb, typically associated with Italian cooking.  It is a versatile herb though and dried rosemary can be used in place of fresh.  

USES:

Use in sauces, olive oils, vegetables, jellies and blends.  Or rub on chicken, lamb or veal.
