Celery Flakes possess a strong, authentic celery flavor and aroma.  Celery flakes come from the stalk and leaf of the celery plant and are picked and dried at the peak of freshness.

USES:

Use in soups, stews, potato salads, coleslaws and salad dressings.  Can be substituted for raw celery.
