Chervil

Chervil is of the parsley family and is often used in French cooking.  More delicate than parsley, it is often referred to as the gourmet's parsley.  Chervil has a hint of licorice flavor and also a few medicinal properties.

USES:

Use in marinades, eggs, soups, salads or on chicken and fish.
