Lemon Verbena

Lemon Verbena are dried green leaves with a strong, lemon-lime flavor.  They work well in a variety of dishes, but especially ones that normally call for mint or orange flavors.  Lemon Verbena is also known to have medicinal qualities.

USES:

Use in teas and fruit flavored drinks, soups, marinades, fruit dishes, puddings and desserts.  Crumble the leaves and add to the batter of your favorite zucchini or banana bread recipe.
