Habanero Peppers

Habanero chilies are among some of the hotter chilies in the world.  They carry a mild fruity flavor that makes them wonderful in many dishes.  These whole peppers are approximately 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.  Use with caution.

USES:

Use in soups, stews, salsas, chili and hot sauce, or serve with wings, beef or pork.  Soak in hot water for 10-20 minutes to rehydrate.
