Beau Blend

Beau Blend is a homemade, all-purpose spice blend that works well in a variety of savory dishes.  It contains a nice balance of allspice, mace, cloves and nutmeg, among other things.  Beau Blend has a lovely, complex flavor that doesn't overwhelm.  Contains salt.

USES:

Use it as a rub or in soups, sauces, dips and spreads.  It adds a great twist to Bloody Marys too.
