Cardamom Seed, Decorticated

Decorticated Cardamom Seeds are the seeds from within the pod.  Cardamom has a strong, exotic flavor and an aromatic fragrance.  It is used often in Indian cuisine and sometimes in Nordic baked goods.  Cardamom is also known to have some medicinal qualities.

USES:

Use in baked goods such as Finnish sweet bread or in Indian curries.  It can also be used in Middle Eastern coffees or teas.
