Celery Seed

Celery Seed possesses a strong, authentic celery flavor and aroma. Celery seed is stronger than fresh celery and should be used sparingly.  It is also known to have some medicinal properties.

USES:

Use in potato salads, dips, sauces and salad dressings.  Also a great addition to a Bloody Mary.
