Cinnamon is a strong spice used in both sweet and savory dishes.  These 3" long sticks are perfectly sweet and spicy and can enhance many dishes.  Cinnamon is also known to have many medicinal qualities.

USES:

Use in hot cocoa, cider, tea, desserts, sauces and curries.  Don't forget to remove the sticks before consuming.
