Curry Powder, Madras

Madras Curry is less sweet and just a bit more spicy than regular curry powder.  It has a rich, deep flavor that does well on grilled meats.  It is most often used in Southern India.  Contains salt.

USES:

Use on grilled chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables, and in rice and curry dishes.
