Matcha Tea

Matcha Tea is a pure green tea that is extremely popular in Japan.  This tea is extremely high in antioxidants and has a low caffeine level.  Matcha has a full bodied and satisfying smooth flavor.  Make it hot or cold, or use it in baked goods, ice cream or health shakes.

For beverages, use 1/2 teaspoon of powder for every 6 ounces of liquid.
