Silver Ball Tea

Silver Ball Tea is a specialty, handmade, artisan green tea that is dried with jasmine flowers.  This tea starts with hand selected tea leaves that are then carefully and painstakingly rolled into a tight ball.  When you infuse this tea, you will notice the outer leaves uncurl until the completed tea looks like a chrysanthemum flower with long leaves on the outside and short petals on the inside.  It is low in caffeine and high in antioxidants.  This smooth and delicate Silver Ball Tea is best enjoyed hot.
