Fenugreek - Ground

Fenugreek is often used in Indian cooking, especially curries.  Its flavor is lightly sweet with just a touch of bitterness.   Fenugreek is known for its many medicinal qualities.

USES:

Use in curries, chutneys, breads and on vegetables.  Ground fenugreek is a staple in curry powder.
