French Market Bean Soup Mix

French Market Bean Soup Mix is from our line of homemade soup mixes.  Grandma’s Parisian-inspired recipe includes a French bean blend, a bouquet garni, a bay leaf and a recipe.  You will need 2 ham hocks, 1 large onion, 2 stalks celery, a pinch of garlic, 1 28 oz can tomatoes, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 lemon, ½ lb sausage, salt and pepper.   Follow Grandma’s recipe, or play with the ingredients to make it your own!
