Orecchiette

Orecchiette is an Italian specialty pasta, named for its shape, similar to a small ear.  The shape lends itself nicely to hearty tomato sauces, with or without meat.  Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces and equals 4 servings.  For best results, cook 8-10 minutes.
