Pickling Spice

Pickling Spice is a blend of whole spices used for pickling fruits and vegetables.  This unique blend adds a dynamic flavor to pickles and other foods.  Combining coriander, allspice and mustard seed with red chili peppers and other spices makes this complex blend a real time saver.  Salt-free, but a little spicy.

USES:

Use to pickle fruits and vegetables.  Add to chutneys, vinegars, stews, beans and braised meat.  Gives shrimp a lovely flavor when added to the poaching water.
