Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper

Scorpion Pepper is the second hottest known chile pepper in the world.  Twice as hot as the ghost pepper (and equal to 400 jalapenos), the scorpion pepper has a sweet, fruity flavor.  Please use with caution due to its extreme heat.

Use in hot sauces, salsas, dips or sprinkle on wings.
